For example, his parent's marriage is only supported by his mother's sworn statement on her divorce paperwork -- and we question the whole arrangement as Ann Dunham and Obama Sr. lived at SEPARATE residences. In addition, Ann Dunham moved to Washington state the same month Obama was born and enrolled in college for the fall term -- while Obama Sr. was completling his studies in Hawaii. She only returned AFTER Obama Sr. had departed. The facts get worse and worse as you go along. We track Obama secrecy at Columbia and through theories of his using an Indonesian passport. We question how he was on a high school scholarship as a "B" student without extracurricular activities (besides second-string basketball). Then he receives a full scholarship to Occidental college based on his mediocre record. We question his scholarships throughout his life because they all add up to his being a FOREIGN student. What nationality status is Barack Obama? Native-born Citizen, Naturalized Citizen or Natural-born Citizen??? -- Obama is a US Citizen. If he was born in Hawaii, he is most certainly a "native-born citizen." His first steps were to undo as much of George Bush's efforts by executive order and then proceed to start the process of starting America on the road to Socialism. On some positions, his nominations kept recusing themselves. Obama must govern from the center, but his advisors appear to be mostly old Clinton-appointees -- but suspicions remain of his socialist connections to radical activists and intellectuals though far-left Democrats feel slighted that they are not represented in the Obama Cabinet. Obama will inherit two wars and an economic crisis -- and has a ton of promises but faces a $7 trillion national debt. Socialized medicine, environmental promises and other programs even with a Democratic Congress will be hard to push through. As the inauguration neared, Obama stepped back and concentrated only on appointments. The first acts will be to reverse all the conservative efforts in one foul-swoop by executive order -- and then start the process to turn America into a Socialist state. The Treasury is refusing to assist the Inspector General in the auditing of the TARP fund expenditures. There are signs that large amounts of taxpayer funds will NEVER be recovered -- and who the monies were lent to is shrouded in secrecy.
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK UNAUDITED MONSTER -- Ron Paul's movement to audit the Federal Reserve Bank -- and movement to eliminating the Federal Reserve Bank. The Ron Paul amendment to audit the Fed has 290 cosponsors making it veto proof. The Fed is VERY worried claiming that an audit will destroy the fabric of the banking system leading to collapse and ruination of all the world's economies. Congress is not detered by Bernake's scare tactics.
NATIONALIZING THE BANKING SYSTEM -- Though Obama continues to deny this, it is obvious that he wants to grant the Treasury unlimited powers to nationalize the banks. Not a comforting sight... In May 2009, Geithner rolled out his plan for more regulations and some very controversial moves -- ie, killing of industrial banks -- that will consolidate the government's power. At the same time, the Fed Reserve continued to operate behind a wall of secrecy creating a groundswell movement to audit its books. Unfortunately, the Democrats have the votes in the House and Senate so the move to nationalize the banks continues on.
WALL STREET BAILOUT: -- In the beginning months of Obama's term, the stock market prices were dropping at an abysmal rate -- as Obama blamed it on Bush. By May, the markets had stabilized and Obama's second stage plans to nationalize the banking system with expanded regulatory powers -- after the Treasury's tentacles were firmly escounced in the banks bonds. In Jun 2009, the Obama administration started to extend its tentacles into the Stock Market.
CREDIT CARDS: Obama goes after credit card companies with high interest rates. Legislation would eliminate abrupt increases in interest rates and other practices decried by consumer advocates.
UNEMPLOYMENT SCAM -- Staggering numbers with 7.9 percent in Jan 2009 and rising to 8.1 percent in March 2009...and getting worse. Obama's Stimulus Package was NOT about jobs -- it was setting up the frame work for his FEMA Scheme, National Health Care Plan, Cap-and-Trade scheme. The bulk of the money will not even appear until 2010. The unemployment is getting worse -- and Obama and the Democratic majority shafted the American people with their lies.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Bailout (Sep 2008): And back for more in the housing bailouts... Obama has a plan -- but a lot of Americans are really mad that it pays for irresponsible buyers. The same people who brought about the Economic crisis received massive bonuses -- but Obama does nothing because they happen to be his biggest political contributors. Obama's plans with ACORN amount to another major scam.
AIG Bailout for $40 Billion (Sep 2008): And back for more... Then the bonuses were paid -- and it turns out the Sen Chris Dodd is the politician who put in the provision that they could pay the bonuses. Not so clean... and in fact, Obama's up to his elbows in AIG political contributions.
Automaker Bailout for $50 Billion: After getting 40 billion in Nov 2009, they came back and got 14 billion, and then they came back for more and more... Once engorged on federal monies, Obama tossed out the CEOs, put his own people on the boards, forced the company into "surgical bankruptcy" but some of the hedge funds not beholding to TARP funds don't want to play... Obama is the Chief Salesman for GM now and it's not so easy as he thought to take over everything. Cash for Clunkers big boost for FOREIGN CAR MANUFACTURERS -- a big bust for the taxpayer.
General Motors Bankruptcy (Apr 2009 -- ): Getting down to the haggling part of splitting the company. The Obama makes GM into "Government Motors" to force autos into his new green auto mode. The only winner was the UAW. The taxpayers will suffer a humonguous loss that can't be recovered.
Chrysler Dismantles (Apr 2009 -- ): Big government in the midst of forcing bankruptcy on its terms -- hedge funds fight back and Obama uses strong arm tactics. Dealerships closures appear to be politically motivated as the majority of Chrysler dealerships were Republican political donators. Bankruptcy laws were bent and there is a lot wrong with what happened, but it's too late.
$850 BILLION STIMULUS PACKAGE -- ERRR -- MAKE THAT A TRILLION DOLLAR PACKAGE: Obama's first major legislation that is given the bum's rush -- fails to get bipartisan support -- fails to get Public Support but because of three Republican "turncoats" it was able to pass the Senate even though no Republicans voted for it in the House. The Stimulus Package roundly condemned as filled with pork and earmarked funds that was rammed down the Americans throats. The National Health Care plan hidden in the Stimulus Package as well as 1 billion to transfer the Census Bureau under the White House. Rushed through Congress so Obama could sign it by 16 Feb.
2010 BUDGET: $3.5 TRILLION OBAMANATION: The fight is on as more Democrats cross the line to say that the spending is out-of-control. The grassroots movement is starting to heat up with the April 15 Tax Day protests nationwide to send a message to the Congress that the spending needed to be curbed. Obama announces that he would use "reconciliation" -- meaning a way to shut off debate and pass the budget by sheer Democrat numbers.
PERSONAL TAXATIONObama's plan to take from the rich and give to the poor. The only trouble is experts say it won't work.
CORPORATE TAXATION Obama aims at the large corporations and munchies -- multinationals -- along with tax havens. Instantly the big businesses are up in arms.
NATIONAL SALES TAX Obama is desparate to fund his outrageously expensive health care plan and he has hit upon the idea of a VAT (Value Added Tax). We have 20 years experience with the VAT in Korea and it only works with honest sales people -- and honest buyers. There are so many ways to cheat on this with false receipts, etc. that it is a nightmare. Ask Korea's Tax Agency how it works if you don't believe me.
NAFTA and Other Fair Trade Agreements on Hold : Talking Protectionism during the campaign is a lot different in the real world. In Feb 2008, Obama still had found no one to accept his U.S. Trade Representative position and his first international visit to Canada is where he officially backed off his promise to unilaterally renegotiate NAFTA. With CAFTA and NAFTA as hot topics -- with pending FTAs like the KORUS FTA -- this will not go away. After he found a U.S. Trade Representative, the USTR backed off renegotiations of FTAs.
G-20 Summit: Agree to Disagree: Obama makes a fool of the U.S. by giving CDs to the Queen of England and bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia. He gets called some nasty names -- the best of which is that he is "naive." EU President says some very nasty things about Obama's plans.
IMF Gets Second Lease on Life: Obama tosses money into the IMF to assist its survival. BUT the $180 billion that Obama wanted to donate was flagged as an attachment to the War Funding Bill -- and there was strong opposition ahead.
WTO Dying: In the global recession, nations are reverting to protectionism and the WTO is slowly dying.
Bonds Seized in Italy are Fakes, BUT Questions Remain: Supposedly counterfeit bonds along with detailed plans and bank accounts seized at Italian-Swiss border. It took TWO WEEKS before the declaration that they were clearly fakes -- but by then the perpetrators (two men with Japanese passports) had been released. Asia News started asking questions without good answers.
The big Obama/Gore Global Warming Scam -- The popular belief in man-made CO2 creating the problems of the world is simply bad science -- so say the scientists. Even with the blathering of Al Gore, Nobel winner and someone who's made $100 million on his carbon credit plan, this is a BAD deal. The ice caps are NOT melting, but getting thicker. The water is NOT rising, it is falling. Proof over and over, but the liberals don't want to listen.
The Clean Energy Scam -- More of the same bag Green Energy schemes -- ethanol, clean coal plants, wind, solar and nuclear options.
"CLEAN COAL" POWER PLANT VERSUS EXISTING COAL PLANT TECHNOLOGY -- The Bush administration shut it down because it was proving economically unfeasible with existing technology. Obama resurrected the project as a capstone to his CO2 energy policies. As of Jun 2009, it was in deep trouble as backers are dropping out and the Department of Energy is mumbling about LOWERING the standards to compete for funding.
SOLAR AND WIND POWER DELUSIONS -- The Solar and Wind power have been around for ages as supplemental energy sources, but Obama's "green dreams" of vast acres of solar panels and wind vanes is a delusion. It simply is NOT economically feasible as a primary source of energy.
The Battle over Cap-and-Trade -- Obama's cap and trade policy to force the world into accepting the Global Warming scare. Unfortunately, there is no data -- the seas are falling, mean temperatures are dropping, America experienced some of the severest winter storms in years -- and the data Global Warming experts are presenting is being refuted by a growing number of scientists. However, Obama is committed to his Green everything effort and a bunch of pork was committed to the Green movement in the Stimulus Package for hybrid car research.
Cap-and-Trade Showdown -- The bill passes 219-212 from the House because 8 Republicans became turncoats. Same tactics used on Stimulus and 2009 Omnibus used to stiffle debate and pass bill without reading it. Bill moves on to Senate where there is a lack of support on both sides of the aisle.
EPA Suppresses Conflicting Reports -- The bill supposedly strips the EPA of some of its Clean Energy powers under the Clean Air Act. The EPA appears to have been playing politics and suppressed reports that contradicted its stance on Global Warming -- and justification for its power. Other reports are surfacing that are also being similarly suppressed by other environmental groups because the conclusions conflict with their stand on Global Warming.
New Emission Standard and MPG Standard Changes -- Part of Obama's plan from the start -- but is it realistic? Cost to consumer upfront is a $1300 increase in the cost of the auto. Then the increase in gas tax to support the plan and even more. This is an expensive pipe dream that Obama wants to sell to the world.
Obama Presidential Approval Rating Index: -- In Feb 2009, ratings at 60 percent, but falling from 89 percent before inauguration. Just two weeks in office and he is starting to slip. By June, it started to stabilize with about 54 percent somewhat approving of Obama (So-so plus Strongy Approve). Between 32-34 percent Strongly Approve while between 30-32 percent Strongly Disapprove. However, it is significant that Obama's approval index has been falling because the Strongly Disapprove is growing.
EDUCATION: Socialist Reform? Illinois crony of Obama, Ed Sec Arne Duncan on the sidelines waiting as the GIVE Act passed. However, there are many controversies brewing as it appears that when the time is right, the DOE will try to take over the curriculum of the schools by "voluntary" measures. The NEA has gotten into trouble and some of the black educational elements have been caught teaching the Obama cult mantra to kids. The push will probably come in 2010 after the Health Plan and Cap-and-Trade passed.
ABORTION: Pro-Life or Pro-Choice? The controversy heats up as assassinations of both Pro-life and Pro-choice sides occur. Planned Parenthood caught illegally recommending abortions -- and covering up illegal acts. Greatest immediate concern is that Obama will attempt to cover abortions under his Healthcare Plan.
GAY RIGHTS: Same sex marriages that Obama embraces and Vermont legislating it with other state courts allowing it. Is Republican going to switch stand? Gays are irked that Obama has not fulfilled his campaign promises to them as a group. After the California proposition that upheld straight marriages, the gays have been lobbying in all the states to make gay marriage a hot-topic. For the moment, the military Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy remains the same.
CENSUS: Obama Moves Census Bureau Under White House (Feb 2009): The battle has not started on this issue. There are moves and counter-moves in Congress on this issue. The reason is that the census has great impacts on gerry-mandering to control the vote; illegal immigrants being counted; etc. Far-reaching impacts. ACORN eliminated from Census participation.

Though the States population has increased from 100 million to 300 million, the size of the House of Representatives has not increased. Rare court decision will move directly to Supreme Court.
GUN CONTROL: Obama Anti-Gun Position (Oct 2008): Remains a side-issue as Obama concentrates on other items. However, the general public is fearful of government gun control and gun sales have skyrocketed and ammunition doesn't stay on the shelves. The NRA and other gun-control groups continue to skirmish on the sidelines. Anticipate a push in 2010.
MEDIA ISSUES: Conservative Radio and "Fairness Doctrine": Allegations that the Mainstream Media is based unfairly towards Obama -- leading to biased reporting of events and basically free advertising for Obama's causes. Complaints of the media bowing down to Obama in his "infomercials" during prime time broadcasts -- and still being outranked by Fox News that is not providing exclusive coverage for Obama. Obama's new Diversity Czar seeks to push the Fairness Doctrine -- and even sees "white" managers "stepping aside" for "blacks".
CYBERSECURITY:: Supposedly under the president's cyber-initiative, the Homeland Security Department will be responsible for monitoring government agencies apart from the Defense Department. However, the bill is evolving into something more sinister. Obama attempts to bring Cybersecurity directly under the White House. The power grab has dire implications that the central control by the President creates a problem of privacy, freedom of speech and a plethora of other issues. Because of its intelligence value, each of the various agencies controls portions of overlapping responsibility -- but there is nothing wrong with that. We feel it is best under the Homeland Security Department or CIA because of the worldwide scope of the Internet. Hackers have been involved in industrial espionage, breaking into DoD and State Department files, and even have threatened power grids. Chinese military hackers are the worst, but all nations are at work in this area including our "friends." This is a major issue that Obama is attempting to legislate to place the power directly under his control.
Obama on Redistribution of Wealth through Supreme Court (Oct 2008): Obama is going to do this through taxation -- tax the rich and increase benefits to the poor. The only problem is that Obama's theory has some fatal flaws that are appearing in 2009. See Taxation.
Supreme Court Justic Pick: Sotomayor, "Wise Latina Woman" : Sotomayor was confirmed primarily along party lines with a few Republicans voting for her. It was "kabuki theater" as the outcome was known before the confirmation hearings started. Sotomayor becomes the first hispanic woman on the Supreme Court -- and there is great concern as she was selected for her "empathy" in "interpreting" the law while a Justic needs make judgements based on the rule of law. Regardless in July 2009, it was a done deal.
Swine Flu Outbreak Gamble -- Obama takes a big gamble that the U.S. Swine Flu will not mutate and turn deadly. He refused to close the border with Mexico -- the epicenter of the Swine Flu crisis -- or take aggressive action. Only after one child died in Texas does Obama change from "passive" to "active" monitoring at the ports. By 1 May, closing the borders were too late. Death toll in Mexico kept rising as well as in the U.S. -- and then it was discovered that the swine flu was discovered in Southern California and Mexico in early April at the same time. Obama used the swine flu crisis to get his Secretary of Health and Human Services confirmed, but serious questions are being raised about Obama's leadership during the crisis -- and how committed is he to the safety of America. Worries as conservative blogs start blaming illegal immigrants as causes for the spread of the swine flu -- now called "H1N1 virus A." New worries of the appearance of a drug-resistant strain in the U.S. appeared in July. Government exercises to force quarantine the populace being exercised. However, the pandemic that Obama predicted is not occurring as of Sep 2009 when the normal flu season kicks in.
Supreme Court Justice Nomination: Justice Souter retires and Judge Sotomayor takes his place. Close battle to get nomination process done by Oct 2009 for the start of the new term. Confirmed in Aug 2009. Sotomayor will be a far-left liberal who has served on La Raza board so her stands on illegal immigration and other issues will be VERY far left.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION: For Better or Worse?: In effect, it appears that Janet Napolitano is part of the conspiracy to open the borders to Mexico. In concert with the Department of the Interior the border fences building has stopped; the numbers of border agents will DECREASE; the illegal aliens found will remain as ICE closes their eyes; laws will be reshaped so illegal immigrants will be granted U.S. citizenship. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG!!! The fight on immigration will not be fought in 2009 -- and delayed to 2010.
UNION ISSUES: Lining up at the Feed Trough. Obama favoritism to Unions -- UAW giveaway; Retirement fund protection under Stimulus Package; promotion of union bosses to the NY Fed and administration positions of influence. In return, union payback of "providing muscle" for National Healthcare and other Obama programs. Card check legislation in 2009 on a hold temporarily.
NATIONAL HEALTH CARE PLAN: Universal Health Care = Socialized Medicine: Snuck in by being hidden in the Stimulus Package. Americans will not like what they are going to learn -- that old folks will get no drugs because it is not cost efficient. Claims of Obama constantly lying to the people. Backroom deals with AARP leads to 60,000 members deserting the organization. 80 billion dollar backroom deal revealed between Obama and the Pharmaceutical companies -- but Congress says they didn't make the deal and may tax them because no one knows how they can pay for it. The Congressional Budget Office shows that the costs far exceed what Obama claims. Massive demonstrations during the August recess has Democrats scamperting for cover. The mainstream media (ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN) fully behind Obama -- with only FOX News against Obama. People start to mobilize with a Sep 12 March on Washington as a group. Polls show that overwhelmingly the American people do NOT want the types of reforms that Obama is planning, but the Democrats are going to try to force it through because they have the sheer numbers in October 2009.
SCHIP (State Children Health Insurance Plan): Smoke more so our kids -- and illegal alien kids -- get free health care. Oh and BTW, the government is trying to take over smoking control through the FDA.
MEDICAID & MEDICARE CHANGES: Healthcare plans may have a devastating effect on Medicare Advantage. Obama continues to claim there is no impact, but doctors, nurses, insurance companies differ.
Social Security Bankrupt: Democrats forget to mention that Social Security is bankrupt and they (including Obama) voted to stop the reform in 2005. Bottomline: Social Security is under attack -- and coupled with reduced benefits from the Democratic National Health care plans, it is a virtual death sentence to seniors.
OBAMA ON THE FOREIGN STAGE -- Called by EU leaders as "naive", he proceeds to give the Queen of England a set of CDs. He bows to the King of Saudi Arabia. He embarassed the U.S. in front of EU leaders at the G-20 summit. Then tries to set up a show of GIs cheering him in Iraq ... after he gave those who were his supporters digital cameras and front row seats. In meetings with leaders around the world, Obama became an embarassment for the American people as he apologized for America at every opportunity. In the foreign arena, Obama became a joke -- especially after Pakistan told him we don't want your money...and it now appears that Pakistan will NOT support his Afghanistan effort against the Taliban, but rather concentrate on the Indian conflict. The Iranian thumbed its nose at Obama and only 4 percent of the Israeli people feel he supports Israel. Then came the next G-20 summit in Sep 2009 where France's President openly criticized him as naive.
Drug Cartels declare war on Mexican state -- Drugs entering America is a free-flowing business. The latest sinister developments cast fresh doubt on the wisdom of Calderón's "war on drugs". President Barack Obama has described his Mexican counterpart as "a hero" for taking on the cartels. But others claim that the focus on military and police action south of the border will never bring the cartels to heel. At the same time, Obama and Napolitano insanely blame the flow of U.S. weapons to Mexico as a root cause of the violence. (SEE Gun Control.) This has been debunked, but Obama wants to use it to institute gun control. Napolitano has done everything in her power to make borders more porous -- not for drugs, but the illegal alien population. (SEE Illegal Immigration.) The porous border was one reason that Swine Flu from Mexico spread unchecked into the U.S. -- because Obama and Napolitano REFUSED to close the borders. Obama Shows True Colors in Honduras -- Obama condemns a "military coup" ordered by the CIVILIAN COURTS AND ELECTED LEGISLATURE to remove a President who tried to hold a referendum that was ruled by the Courts as Illegal. The referendum was to change the Presidential term limits that was ruled as ILLEGAL by the courts. It appears to be a DEMOCRATIC decision to physically remove a President who was trying to institute his rule of "President for Life." That is why Hugo Chavez and Daniel Ortega are supporting Zelaya's claims. There can only be one outcome -- Obama will end up with egg on his face and America disgraced.
RUSSIA: Russian Resurgence: Russian has expanded its rapid-deployment forces and as seen in the past with Georgia, it is capable of moving on neighboring countries. It is moving to rebuild its status and has set up situations that puts the U.S. at a disadvantage. The latest is in the U.S. being booted out of Kryzghistan. Then Obama sold the Polish and Czech Republic out by cancelling the MDS for their countries in hopes that Russia would aid it in bringing Iran under control. Instead, Russia is supplying arms to Iran; technology for Iran's nuclear program (that Russia swore was for peaceful uses); and technology for its satellite (or ICBM) programs. The US got nothing in the deal. Russia is also negotiating the reduction in nuclear arms -- but it amounts to the US making the first reductions. Obama's naivete is showing -- and the Russians are running all over him.
PLO: Obama Flip-flops on Israel Peace Plan and Backs PLO, but HAMAS is in Control (Nov 2008): US empties Jordanian refugee camp and allows mass migration to America. US gives military training to PLO. US is talking out of two sides of its face. The PLO are NOT in charge of the Gaza strip. Hamas assumed control and was responsible for the firing of missiles into Israel non-stop.
ISRAEL: Obama Stabs Israel in Back and Wonders Why No One Loves Him: Obama sends representatives to the Durban Conference knowing that it was to be a condemnation of Israel. Then Obama intentionally snubs the Israeli politicians and military chiefs. It becomes apparent that Obama views Israel as an "obstacle" to his plans for uniting the Arab world.
Obama thinks negotiating with Iran easier with Israel-Palestinian peace talks and comes up with his peace plan. The only trouble is that he didn't ask the Israelis whether they were willing to stop the settlements or give away Jerusaleum as the new Arab capital. The support for Obama plummeted as Israelis viewed Obama as NOT a friend of Israel. Obama viewed by only 6 percent of Israel as a friend, though American Jews still support Obama heavily. The tensions over Iran are reaching a critical point where Israel make strike at Iran following the dictates of its right to exist -- and Iran's sworn statement that it will erase Israel from the face of the earth. Obama's grandiose plans for a peace talks crumbles in front of the world causing most to nod their heads as to how naive Obama really is. As Iran thumbs its nose at world leaders over its nuclear weapons intentions, Israel was being painted into a corner with no options except to attack Iran before Iran attacks them.
IRAN: Going Nuclear -- and Obama Making Nice: Obama's moves to open relations with Iran -- after it announced it had nuclear capability and recently launched a missile with a satellite (the same as an ICBM) makes things tense. Obama is seeking to engage these former Axis of Evil nations. Unfortunately, Israel is feeling a bit put out by the actions as Obama seeks to make a Palestinian Peace package part of Iranian nuclear disarmament.
PAKISTAN: Reluctant Partner in War on Terrorism: Pakistan has been an uncomfortable partner in the fight with the Taliban. Recent strikes on the Pakistan border by Predator UAV was jeapordized with Diane Feinstein revealed that the UAVs were flying from Pakistan bases. In Sep 2009, the Pakistan government stated that once the Taliban forces in the North were marginalized, they would be shifting their emphasis back once again to the India border. The US problem is that the Taliban use the open border to hide in Pakistan and come over to strike at Allied forces -- much like how the Viet Cong used Cambodia in the Vietnam War. Only this time, the Pakistani's state that the allies are denied permission to pursue the Taliban onto Pakistan soil -- though the UAVs are still flying from within Pakistan.
IRAQ WAR: Obama's Bad Case Of Iraqnophobia (Oct 2008): Obama has told the JCS that we are leaving in 16 months -- PERIOD. Obama at that point accepts all blame if anything goes wrong. Then Obama CUT THE MONEY TO SUPPORT THE WAR BY MANDATING A 10 PERCENT DOD BUDGET CUT. In essence, Obama will send troops, but ensure they have no bullets. The US forces pulled out of the cities, except for certain troops embedded with the Iraqi military units. Violence is increasing as the Iranians and Al Qaeda move back into the cities. It is now Obama's war -- and things are tottering.
AFGHANISTAN WAR (Nov 2008): Obama has nixed the surge in Afghanistan in Feb 2009. God help us from a President that thinks he can BRIBE Pakistan into following his suggestions. Pakistan said "no thanks" but Obama dumped a billion into their laps. The old commander was fired and new commander installed. A new set of Rules of Engagement (ROE) instituted to prevent civilian casualties. Unfortunately the new Obama ROE is killing soldiers. Then in Sep 2009, the US Commander in Afghanistan said if he doesn't get troops, the war will be lost. Obama's response was -- I'll think about it.
ISRAEL -- PLO AND HAMAS: Obama Flip-flops on Israel Peace Plan (Nov 2008): Only three months in office and he has already alienated our closest ally -- and the guys who are coming up with cutting edge defense technology as well as human intel in our war on terror ... err ...war on contingency operations. As Obama opens the doors of America to Hamas immigrants, he is giving Israel very little latitude. Israel either decides to cease to exist as a nation or worry about Obama's threats to cut the purse strings. We believe that Israel will do what it always has -- it will choose to survive. Obama is now the ENEMY of the Jewish people.
Closing GITMO??? (Nov 2008): Obama by executive order will close GITMO, but now faces problem of where to put the prisoners. Next problem is that Obama dismissed all the cases against the terrorist, but unfortunately he has shown poor judgment because the prosecution under U.S. law leaves a big loophole that the terrorists will be able gain secret data on terrorist operations when they defend themselves.
Enhanced Techniques or Torture?: Obama was fixated on "torture" to blame Bush for GITMO. He switched to the term "enhanced techniques" because torture is definitely a criminal offense, while "enhanced techniques" was debatable. However, it turned into a hot potato when his announcement of the prosecution of individuals involved in the program to authorize the "enhanced techniques" toppled the morale of the CIA. Then Nancy Pelosi entered the fray, but stuck her foot in it when it was revealed that she was notified in 2002, instead of her false outrage of not being aware of it. Finally in Jun 2009, a suit against John Woo, who wrote the memo authorizing the "enhanced techniques," was upheld in a California District Court to be liable to be sued by a convicted terrorist.
Relocation of Prisoners After Gitmo Closure: A Hot Potato: Nobody wants them in their backyard. However, Obama is intent on simply releasing the Chinese terrorists into AMERICA over the objections of the CIA, FBI and Congress. Massive roadblock as Obama has no idea where to put the terrorists.
Ali Al-Marri Tried in U.S. : A man accused of arranging financing for Al-Qaeda's strike on 9/11 went on trial in Peoria, IL. Ali al-Marri, 43, a married father of five who was attending college in this central Illinois city when he was arrested, admitted to one count of conspiring to provide material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization. He faces up to 15 years in prison at his July 30 sentencing.
Relocation of Uighur Terrorists: The 17 members of the Uighur ethic group have been cleared for release but where to send them. Nobody wants them in the U.S. -- and the Chinese are demanding they be turned over to them. Obama offends Britain by sending 3 to Bermuda without consulting Brits. Obama tries to send remainder to Palau -- with the promise of $200 million in aid, but the Palauan people are fuming.
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed: 9/11 Plotters Trial: In Jan 2009, the 9/11 plotters headed by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed pleaded guilty and suddenly there was no military trial. However, in November 2009, Obama decided to bring Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the plotters to New York for trial. In a nutshell, Obama equated the 9/11 plot to a law-enforcement issue -- as "terrorism" is no longer a word Obama uses -- and these plotters whose treachery resulted in the deaths of 3,000 people -- are now to be granted all the rights reserved to US CITIZENS. They were removed from military tribunal prosecution by executive order. Mohammed and co-conspirators have already pleaded guilty, but now under US RULES they MUST be provided all materials for their defense -- including secret information that might affect the defense of the US. The outrage of the 9/11 families that Obama had previously promised justice has reached new levels -- and now call him a fraud.
Released Prisoners of GITMO Return to Terrorism: There is overwhelming proof that they are returning to terrorism after release from Gitmo. At least one American citizen killed by a bombing by one of the released terrorists.
USS Cole Bombing and Al Nashiri: Obama drops the charges and flim-flams the families of the USS Cole and 9/11 victims. Obama conned them to take the heat off -- and then went back to releasing terrorists.
HOMELAND SECURITY ISSUES: TERRORISM: Border issues up in the air as Janet Napolitano disassembles the security of the borders. By April the ICE could no longer raid workplaces using illegal aliens. Illegal aliens -- even those held for rape or murder -- were NOT held on ICE deportation bail. Obama has stopped the fences -- and tried to blame the guns in the Mexican drug wars on American gun dealers -- when in truth most of the weapons are from the U.S. government provided weapons given to the Mexican army. Janet Napolitano was doing this same stuff when she was governor and America was warned -- but Obama and the Democrats got their way. But the U.S. is also being attacked via the internet by Hackers -- mainly Chinese. The nation's power grids are at risk from the cyber attack. In Aug and Sep 2009, the incidence of terrorist activity WITHIN the US increased, but because of FBI infiltrations they proved ineffective. HOWEVER, the main point is that Obama has been trying to play down the terrorist threat in America -- but these standout as the threat remaining.
MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM: : At first, Obama forced to keep Missile Defense System -- whether he wanted to or not. Russia will play a greater role in being in-your-face with the U.S.. In Aug 2009 Obama sells out the Polish and Czech for nothing gained from the Russians. The move leaves bitterness amongst the Polish and Czech, but also the Europeans who the MDS was ultimately to be used to protect against the ICBMs that Iran was developing. The Russians continue to ship arms to the Iranians (monitored by the Mosaad); missile technology for their satellites (aka ICBM); and provide nuclear technology for the now openly evident Iranian nuclear weapon development. But at the same time, we have the problem of North Korea developing ICBMs and nuclear weapons with the help of the same actors. This leaves America's west coast (North Korea) and east coast (Iran) vulnerable in the future.
GATES REMAINS AS SEC OF DEFENSE (Nov 2008): Gates is a holdover like the USAF, Army and Navy Secretaries until Obama finds a replacement. Obama in the election stated, he would listen to his ground commanders but in Feb 2009, he refused to listen to Gates, JCS and Gen Petraeus about staying in Iraq as "support" troops. Gates and the group were in position to take the fall if this went bad...but now that Iraq is going well with elections, he feels he can step on their toes. The DoD budget will be cut 10 percent across the board -- despite two wars. Carrier group may be axed -- along with F-22/F-35 fighter programs. Hard choices ahead. We believe Gates is staying on -- not because of any love for Obama -- but simply to make the best of a bad situation to protect the troops. Obama wants to pay for his social programs out of the hides of the soldiers -- and Gates knows this. The fact is that there were MORE SOLDIERS who died under Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter than any Republican President -- and the answer comes down to supporting the military. Obama is no friend of the dog-face soldier.
GAYS IN MILITARY: Don't Ask, Don't Tell : The test cases of Lt. Choi who came out will not help this issue. Obama is scrubbing his hands of the gays -- as the political winds shift. Remember that he is a machiavellian politician first and foremost. He is not an idealist.
OBAMA'S CIVILIAN NATIONAL SECURITY FORCE PROPOSED -- AND QUICKLY DIES -- BUT DID IT???: See GIVE ACT under EDUCATION: Socialist Reform? where FEMA Camps and a National Volunteer Corps is authorized on "campuses" (that used to be called "camps" under old legislation). The GIVE Act passed and authorized the infrastructure. FEMA camp construction were started under the Stimulus Package. Most feel this FEMA Scheme has been debunked, but we're not so sure. The pieces fit nicely.
Military Personnel Wary of Obama (Dec 2008): Poll shows that a large percentage of the military are wary of Obama and taking a wait-and-see attitude. (See The Military Groundswell:) After Obama has made it clear that he will be slashing the military funding to pay for his social programs, there is mumbling that he will give guns to the troops, but no ammunition. Grassroots discontent slowly growing after Obama had been in office only 90 days.

As of Feb 2009, Burris was seated in the Senate, but he may face impeachment also as he may have perjured himself during the Illinois impeachment hearings.
On-going Federal Investigation: Rezko Land Deal with Obama. Very strange circumstances as the Obama deed is in the name of his old boss and the half-split property does not seem kosher.
Hillary Clinton Constitutionally Ineligible to Serve as Secretary of State -- This suit challenges the "Saxbe fix" -- to reduce Clinton's pay to 2007 levels to allow her to get the job -- as unconstitutional. The Military Groundswell: Obama has started to alienate the military from the highest ranks. Military opinion polls show military luke-warm to Obama -- and now his latest moves may alienate the families.
States Declaring 10th Amendment Sovereignty -- Only two weeks into the Presidency and states are starting to move to declare their Sovereignty by legislation. 20 states are expected to input legislation.
People's Grand Jury: The Fourth Estate Frustrated with the Supreme Court and the Federal Grand Jury system, some people are researching a Grassroots movement to form a federal Grand Jury. First two people's grand juries indict Obama for treason, ursurper status as of May 2009. Charges forwarded to civil authorities, but uncertain if this can be legally challenged.
A Puzzle -- Who is Osama M. Bakarat? Obama's sister-in-law sold an apartment to an Osama M. Bakarat in 2006. The coincidence of the name -- coupled with the other confusing real estate deals of Obama -- has people wondering if this is another name for Barack Obama. RUMOR: Financial Attack Nearly Caused Economic Meltdown on 15 Sep 2008??? Rep. Paul Kanjorski (D-PA), the chairman of the House financial services subcommittee, dropped a bomb shell about a electronic run-on-the-bank that would have destroyed the U.S. financial and political systems on 15 Sep 2008. The Treasury had to step in to shut down the financial markets. UPDATE: The real story is that when Lehman Bros collapsed, this caused people to start withdrawing their funds -- and the Treasury Department stepped in. It was NOT a clandestine terrorist attack.

(Feb 2009) The love affair by the mainstream media continues, but there are signs of cracks especially after the passage of the Stimulus Package that rammed a lot of pork down the throats of America. State Legislators Join the Fight -- and it's growing!!! One Tennessee Republican Representative agreed to become a plaintiff in a suit by Orly Taitz to obtain Obama's hidden records. He was joined by three more Tennessee legislators. Then a Republican legislator from Oklahoma joined the suit. Expect others to join this suit in the coming months.
House Eligibility Bill Gets Cosponsor Rep Bill Posey (R-FL) seeks to amend the Voting Act of 1971 to ensure a candidate provides a birth certificate to show he/she is qualifed for office. Rep Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) just signed on to co-sponsor the bill. This is more distractions for Obama that he just doesn't need right now. If this bill makes it through, it would most certainly end his SECOND run at the White House in 2012. If Obama refused to show his eligibility in 2008, you can bet Obama won't show it in 2012.

Americorps Inspector General Fired on Short Notice -- Obama fired the Americorps IG on 11 Jun 2009 with a ONE-DAY notice. However, there is a law that states that Obama must give a 30-day notice -- and this is a position responsible not only to the President but also to Congress who has fiscal responsibility. The major question that comes up is what was so important that the IG had to be ousted on short notice. In looking at some of the IG reports executive summaries, one sees that the IG was in some serious disputes with educational institutions over funding fraud NATIONWIDE. However, the one that seems to have brought this to a head is that the Sacramento Mayor, an Obama supporter, was accused by the IG of misuse of funds -- and that brought about the firing. BUT WAIT: THE STORY IS THAT OBAMA IS FIRING ANY INSPECTOR GENERAL THAT COMES CLOSE TO REVEALING THEIR FINANCING. IGs are being "retired," fired, their contracts not renewed, etc. THERE ARE FIVE IGS AFFECTED SO FAR!!!
A Conspiracy Theory: Is Obama Beholding to the Saudis? (IN WORK) -- Unprovable supposition of how Obama got into Harvard and why he's implementing the Saudi Peace Plan now...plus some other things. The premise is that Saudi and Middle Eastern money funded Obama's education with the promise of paybacks later. In any administration, one expects a few, but in Obama's case, there are a miimum of 20 given positions. Slowly we are identifying those in Congress. Next we are finding out that some appointees are intertwined with Barack and Michelle Obama's past. If one buys that Obama may have been funded in his Harvard education by Saudi and Middle Eastern monies as part of a long range plan for political paybacks -- then it is easy to accept that there was a much larger group -- Obama's "classmates" and "friends." Another Conspiracy Theory: Obama -- the Talking Puppet: Chicago-Style Dirty Politics Meshes with Washington Intellectual Elitism (IN WORK) -- The Center for American Progress was organized by Hilliary Clinton and started in 2002 with funding by George Soros. After Obama won the nomination, the Center for American Progress joined with Obama in a pragmatic measure to ensure the fulfillment of its left-wing agenda. Though Obama had been promising "hope and change," in reality he was promising everything to everyone using Chicago style politics where you do anything needed to get elected. However, after he was nominated, he started mouthing the left-over business of Bill Clinton. The Center for American Progress were issuing him his "talking points." Obama is the front-man for this organization who members were strategically placed in the administration during the transition period. This was not without failure -- Tom Daschle, senior distinguished fellow of the Center for American Progress -- was dumped because of his tax problems. The National Health Care Plan is lifted directly from Daschle's book. For his part, Obama has taken his group of Chicago-style politicians and drawn them into the inner circle of the White House -- surrounding himself with Harvard classmates, supporters and political hanger-ons. The intent is to perpetuate the power of the Democrats. This is why the Census is being drawn into the White House from the Commerce Secretary (where the Constitution placed it). Gerrymandering is a key way to ensure party dominance.
Distraction: Obama Plays the "Race Card" -- Obama has fostered (1) Class hatred (tax the rich and give to the poor welfare recipients) and now has started into (2) race hatred. He is stacking the top government posts with blacks in numbers well-above the percentages of blacks in the population. It is becoming too blatant to ignore -- but the mainstream media remains silent. In fact, Obama is short-changing the Latino-Asian minorities in top positions in order to fill top positions with blacks. However, the left cannot dispute the percentages -- thus they try to mask it by calling it "diversity." The left wing is calling all Republican "teabaggers" racists and laying traps that stiffle discussion. Anyone (including the media) gets tagged with the "racist" appellation if they raise their voices in dissent. Obama has exacerbated the racial situation in his speech before the NAACP in Jul 2009. Obama has come showed his hand by supporting black supporters by playing the "race card" when voicing his support.
Obama's Czars -- Radicals and Communists??? (IN WORK) -- Background of the extreme "czars" that Obama is surrounding himself with. The Republican Congress attempted to bring the "czars" under Congressional scrutiny with a threat of cutting off their funding powers, but the Democrats killed the measure. A good number of these radicals come from the Center for American Progress (CAP) that on 5 Nov 2008 -- the day after Obama was elected -- was on C-Span announcing their "recommendations" for the incoming President. Another criteria seems to be radical politics of the far left and a surprising number have socialist or communist connections.

GRASSROOTS PROTESTS START: Pt IIc (17 FEBRUARY - 11 APRIL 2009) -- The first of the protests against Obama started at the Colorado State capital and Seattle, Washington after the signing of the stimulus package into law on 16 Feb 2009. Another protest was on 17 Feb at Mesa, Arizona where Obama spoke on his mortgage bailout plan. More are expected in the coming months. This movement started very small with protests over the Stimulus Package. A TV commentator Rick Santelli tried to cash in on the movement, but the media missed the point this is a GRASSROOTS MOVEMENT -- not a publicity campaign. The Mainstream Media refuses to cover the movement that is growing as a tax revolt. The Obama action that broke the camel's back was when Obama -- despite his fancy talk and promises -- signed the 2009 Omnibus Bill that was filled with 8,570 earmark pork-filled projects. This movement is a condemnation of BOTH the Republican and Democrats in power. Despite Obama Obots trying to demean, discourage the masses via MAINSTREAM media articles (some which were proved untrue) and liberal blogs, the movement continued to grow into March. On April 15, Tax Day, there will be a nationwide revolt from small towns to major cities. The grand finale will be July 2009. Again this is not an organized movement supported by any organization, but small groups in towns only loosely joined through umbrella groups. All the major conservative blogs are supporting this effort to rein in big government and return to fiscal responsibility -- BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!! THIS IS A FIGHT FOR AMERICA AGAINST OBAMA SOCIALISM!!!
THE FIGHT CONTINUES: AMERICAN TAX DAY TEA PARTY (APRIL 15) : Pt IId (ALABAMA - MONTANA) -- The American Tea Party started with about 100 cities and within a week 1000 cities and towns planned a protest. The growth was phenomenal -- as Obama's popularity ratings continued to sink from a 30 percent between strongly approve-strongly disapprove to a 4 point spread. By 27 Mar 2009, his popularity in the polls was 50-50 -- with his strongly approval ratings dropping. His honeymoon with the media was over -- and some politicians were finally getting the message. In 2010, the voters were going to rebel -- against both the Republicans AND Democrats. The first major rally was 15 April -- The Amercan Tax Day Tea Party!!! Though the news media and Obama administration tried to denigrate and ridicule the Tea Party, 51 percent of the populace approved of them -- though 31 percent were against. Though the liberals tried to hide the fact, the truth is that the "unofficial official count" was set at over 750,000 people attended the protests nationwide -- and many believe that it was over a million as just about every town in America had at least one protestor with a sign -- and many had tens of thousands show up.
GRASSROOTS PROTESTS GROW: INDEPENDENCE DAY TEA PARTY PROTESTS (18 APRIL - 4 JULY 2009): Pt IIe -- The Swine Flu pandemic at the end of April seemed to quench the protests -- but the fires continued burning. In May, our list of towns with scheduled 4th of July protests were above 700 -- and we anticipate that ALL the towns that staged 15 Apr protests will add their names shortly. The only difference is that we anticipate the showing will be 4-5 times higher (conservatively) than the 750,000-1.2 million that showed up on 15 April. The varied groups -- anti-abortion, 10th Amendment sovereignty issues, immigration, 2nd Amendment anti-gun control activustsm et al stood on the brink of joining a unified Tea Party -- and blogs are stating that negotiations between groups are going on now. Thus the showing may even be double what we project. The outrage over the passage of the $3.5 TRILLION budget -- along with Obama's National Health Care and Cap-and-Trade -- will set the stage for the turnover of America to Socialism may have been the last straw. By July, all of these items will be hotly debated in the media, but the machiavellian politician will seek ways to pass it by "reconciliation" (using the sheer numbers of Democratic votes). What may temper Obama support of bloc voting is the threat of reprecussions in the 2010 elections. The electorate is NOT happy with their elected officials.
GRASSROOTS PROTESTS GROW (4 JULY 2009): Pt IIe -- The feasibility of the Million-man March on Washington on 12th of September was due to the strong numbers shown on the 4th of July. But beware -- Obama's flim-flam style is wearing off and the Press is seeing that they have been used by Obama. Obama has been losing friends within his support groups -- and making new enemies as he goes along. Obama's approval rating index was at -2 percent at the end of July and falling -- though his overall approval rating remained high at 53 percent -- but it was falling too. Even with the 4 July protests numbers only a modest amount between 250,000 to 750,000, the numbers are out there that Obama is in trouble. In fact the polls right after the 4 July protests show Obama bottoming out at -8 percent approval index rating...and getting worse.
PRELUDE TO 9/12 MARCH ON WASHINGTON: (5 JULY - 25 AUGUST 2009): PtIIe1 -- Protests continue on Cap-and-trade and National Health Care Plan. August Recess begins. Healthcare protests increase at Town Hall meetings. Democratic Congressmen call protestors "terrorists," "nazis," and "evil mongers." Democrats retreat into teleconferencing and receive loads of bad press of Congressmen going into hiding. Obama counter-attacks by calling out the Organizing for America volunteers and enlists Union support (SEIU/IBEW/AFL-CIO/UAW) to schedule "closed" Town Hall Meetings at Union Halls. Violence is sporadic as union "security" intimidates and attempts to foil protestors. Both sides prepare national bus tours.
9/12 MARCH ON WASHINGTON: (26 AUGUST - 12 SEPTEMBER 2009): PtIIf -- Protests continue on Cap-and-trade and National Health Care Plan -- all building up to Sep 12 protests. The Tea Party Express rolls across America starting in Sacramento on 28 Aug headed to Washington on 12 September. Movement grows stronger with major protests on Labor Day 8 Sep. Democratic politicians come to realize that they are fighting for their political lives. There will be nationwide protests on all of Obama's key legislation and some heated battles in Congress. By September, Obama will have inherited the economy and can no longer blame Bush. His policies and programs are tanking America and by September, Obama's approval ratings are going through the floor as independents desert Obama. it will be obvious to all that his administration is CREATING the problems -- not solving them.
TEA PARTIES AND OBAMACARE PROTESTS CONTINUE: (16 SEPTEMBER 2009 -- ???): PtIIg -- Following the March on Washington, various groups tried to gain the national spotlight -- religious (Christian, Muslim), anti-Cap-and-Trade groups, Gun control, Immigration, etc. However, the Health Care Plan still took center stage as the Democrats prepared to push THEIR bill down the American people's throats. Many of the groups (pro and con) for abortion and immigration were involved in this Health care plan. Polls as of Sep showed that 56% of Americans were against changes to the Health Care programs now in effect -- though admitting that it needed some reforms. Tea parties were continuing throughout America. The next major protest will be in Oct 2009 against the biased media that has consistently NOT reported on the Tea Party movement, then when forced to derided the groups as "mobs" or "terrorists." The only supporter of these protests is Fox News whose ratings are soaring, while ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN ratings are dropping. The next media target are local liberal newspapers and television affiliates under the battle cry, "Can You Hear Us Now!" Amidst this controversy, Obama's approval ratings continue to fall.
